I had my transmission rebuilt back in November 2019. Joe did a great job. Out of the clear blue a few weeks ago, I could not get my Jeep in reverse! I called A&A inquiring just what it could be. They sent a tow truck to collect my Jeep, diagnosed it and repaired the fault. Turns out a clutch drum had split! Must have been a manufacturing defect.
